An international conference organised by the Institute of Value Management on behalf SAVE International and the European Governing Board of the Value Management Training and Certification System (EGB) 14 & 15 September 2006, The Grand Hotel, Brighton, UK AN IMPORTANT DATE FOR YOUR DIARY The first international conference on Value Management to be held in the UK for over 10 years will take place later this year at the prestigious Grand Hotel, Brighton. The conference themes will be:
Papers relating to all sectors - manufacturing, service delivery and construction - and from all viewpoints - academia, VM practitioners and specialists, clients, government and local government will be given. The cross-fertilisation of ideas and practice between sectors and methodologies will also be covered. This conference will provide an unrivalled opportunity to get abreast of the latest thinking in delivering value. It will benefit all those who are interested in delivering better services, products, or projects whatever their sector or discipline. Whilst many of the papers will be given by leading figures in Value Management from around the world, others will be presented by senior personnel representing clients and users. The organisers invite all undergraduates and post-graduates in
full-time education to submit papers in English to be presented at the
conference. The organisers welcome papers in English from all sectors - manufacturing, service delivery, and construction
- and from all
viewpoints - academia, VM practitioners and specialists, clients,
government and local government. Trainers are invited to consider the following opportunities which
are being made available in connection with the forthcoming conference.
The 'Conference Linked Courses' opportunity is open only to those
holding the TVM qualification delivering certified Foundation and/or
Advanced Courses. The 'Conference Seminars' opportunity is open to all.
